How to film for the best results
Face-on: camera at chest height about 3–4 m away, square to your chest, ball in the middle of the frame. Best for hip and shoulder rotation, sway, weight shift and head movement.
Down the line: camera at hand height, on the line behind your hands pointing at the target. Needed for swing path, posture and early extension. You'll tap the ball once so it can draw your swing plane.
Get your whole body and the club in frame, in good light, with a fixed camera (tripod or prop). Use one swing per clip and trim off any long waiting.
Use the same camera position each time, so your progress charts compare like with like.
